The type stays small so the figures remain inside the card. Numbers stay in this browser and nothing is sent to a server.
Choose sex and units, then enter height, neck, waist, hip, and weight.
The men’s sample is 72 in, 16, 36, and 185 lb.
The women’s sample is 64 in, 13, 30, and 40.
The large figure is the body-fat percentage.
The next lines show fat mass and lean mass in lb and kg together.
The rows are the ranges often printed with the ACE chart.
