Join PDFs

Drop the PDFs, set the order, and save one file. The pages stay in this browser.

Why this exists

A form, an ID, and a bank slip are often asked for as one file. The order can be set on screen without uploading the files.

Pages are copied as they are, not compressed again. Type and pictures stay sharp, and the file does not get smaller.

  1. 01How to use it

Drop the PDFs or choose them. Each file gets a letter so you can see where a page came from.

Drag the file cards into order. That order is the order of the joined file. Open Pages when only one sheet should move.

Type a page range or leave it empty, press Join, then Download.

  2. 02What you get

Two pages, then one, then one, in that order, become a four-page merged.pdf.

A range of 1-2, 4 keeps pages 1, 2, and 4, three pages in all. The original files stay where they were.

    Enteredform.pdf and 2 more

    Form 2 pages
    ID 1 page
    Slip 1 page
    Result merged.pdf · 4 pages
  3. 03Worth knowing

In Pages, × drops that sheet from the result. Press it again to put the sheet back. The original file is unchanged.

A single page is saved with its number inside the original file. The large number on the thumbnail is the joined order, so the two can differ.

A locked or damaged PDF is left out, and its name is shown above the list.

Joining does not shrink the file. Keep only the pages you need when the result is too large.
