What to send
If you are a rights holder, or an agent of one, send a notice that includes all of the following.
- Your name and a way to reach you.
- The work you believe is infringed.
- The page address on this site, or enough detail for us to find it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do with a notice
Send the notice to the contact address below. We may remove the page. If you are unsure whether a use is lawful, this page is not legal advice.
A notice you know is false can itself create liability.
